Return & Refund Policy

At The Variety Valut, your satisfaction is our priority. We work hard to ensure every product meets our quality standards and is delivered accurately. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind (e.g., no longer wanting the item)

  • Delivery delays caused by shipping providers or customs

  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or call at +966503975149 or email at thevarietyvault09@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order

  2. Share your order number, photos or video of the item, and your reason for return

  3. Once approved, we will either arrange a pick-up or provide return instructions

⚠️ Note: Do not send products back without approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit only — not in cash

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care products (e.g., skin care tools, hygiene items)

  • Electronics with broken or unsealed packaging

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Sale or discounted products

5. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product), we will cover the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee
