• All cities and regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

• Select GCC countries: Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar

📦 Note: We do not offer international shipping outside the GCC at this time.

• UAE: ✅ Free shipping on all UAE orders

• KSA & GCC: ✈️ Shipping charges calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays)

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call with tracking details (when available)

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Available for UAE and KSA orders only

• Please make sure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery delays

• Customs clearance (for GCC shipments)
